Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We proudly ship all orders through USPS.

After your order has been processed, standard USPS shipping typically takes 2–4 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Valour Extensions is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been transferred to USPS, Valour Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

STL Local Pickup

St. Louis local pickup is available at checkout for customers who prefer to pick up their order instead of having it shipped. Pickup times vary based on product availability and our processing time of up to 10 business days.

Please do not arrive at the pickup location until you have received a Ready for Pickup notification. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup details and instructions.
